MILLCREEK — Police are now offering a reward in a March homicide case where a woman was shot and killed while sitting in her car in Millcreek.

Linda Nemelka, 57, was killed about 10 p.m. on March 11 while she was sitting in her car outside a friend’s house near 4586 Red Sage Court in Millcreek.

A $2,500 reward is now being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of a suspect in the case, according to a news release from the Unified Police Department.

Police believe Nemelka did not live in the area, but was visiting friends there. After the shooting occurred in March, witnesses told police they saw a dark-colored SUV leaving the area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Unified police at 385-468-9812.
