(KSL News) -- A woman accused of stealing gas and then running over the attendant is now in police custody.
Police arrested Chrystal Hernandez on aggravated robbery charges but she could also face attempted homicide charges.

Witnesses say Brad Blair saw Hernandez start to drive off, before paying for her full tank of gasoline at a Chevron in Ogden.
Blair, ran outside and banged on her window. She then swerved into him and ran right over his legs. Blair is still recovering from his injuries.
