TUSAYAN, Ariz. — Park rangers discovered human remains in the Grand Canyon on Monday.
In a press release, the U.S. Department of the Interior stated the remains were discovered near Crystal Rapid on the Colorado River.
According to the release, the National Park Service recovered the remains and sent them to the Coconino County Medical Examiner's Office in Flagstaff, Arizona.
