Officers find money, weapon following robbery

(KSL News) Police in Murray are looking for a man involved in an early morning robbery.

The robber walked into the 7-Eleven near 5600 South and 900 East just after 2:00 this morning, gave the clerk a note demanding money, and pulled out a handgun.

The suspect stuffed the cash in a paper bag and took off. However, officers found a gun and a bag of cash not far from the convenience store.

They're still looking for a suspect.
