Paul Nelson reportingSome Web sites say one out of every 1,461 people was born on Leap Day. One Lindon family has two members who fall into this special group.

Linda Freeze's husband is having his 14th birthday, even though he's now 56.

She says, "Every four years we have a huge party. The other times, we have small parties."

Freeze says she gets some odd looks when she tells people her husband is having his 14th birthday. Bill Freeze says he'll tell people that he was actually born on February 29th, and many people will say, "Nuh-uh."

Bill Freeze says, "Sometimes clerks will say, ‘February 29th? That's not registering on my computer.'"

Interestingly enough, the Freeze's have a daughter who was born on Leap Day. It's her seventh birthday, so she's 28.
