SALT LAKE CITY -- Police want to find a man who robbed two stores in one night.
The man first robbed a Tesoro at 2280 S. Highland Dr. around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Fifteen minutes later he went to the Sconecutter at 2040 S. State St. and demanded money. Police say he indicated he had a gun during both robberies. No one was injured.
Police gave the following description of the robber:
- Male Native American
- 59- 60 years old
- 200 pounds
- black zip-up sweatshirt
- gray t-shirt with an unknown print on the front
- faded blue jeans
- white athletic shoes with dark trim
- all-white baseball cap
They're asking anyone who recognizes the robber to call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 801-799-3000.
