(KSL News) -- Three members of a Cedar Hills family have been killed in a car wreck.
The Ceran family was driving on 5400 South this morning at about 700 West when a truck ran a red light.
The mother, 47-year-old Cheryl Ceran, and her 15-year-old son Ian died at the scene. Seven year Julinna was pronounced dead at the hospital. All three of them were in the front seat.
The three survivors, 50-year-old Gary Ceran, 18-year-old Clarissa and 12-year-old Caleb, were all in the back seat.
Police have arrested Carlos Prieto and he'll be charged with three counts of automobile homicide. Police are investigating whether he was driving under the influence.
