SALT LAKE CITY -- The Metro Gang Unit has tabbed a violent gang member as the new Public Enemy Number One.
Frank Paul Reyos, 27, is a convicted felon and wanted on a fugitive warrant for aggravated robbery.
His previous arrests include multiple theft charges, robbery, assault, aggravated assault, vehicle theft, and aggravated robbery.
Reyos is described as:
- Five feet eight inches tall
- weighing 185 pounds
- Brown eyes
- Black hair
- Numerous tattoos
- spider under his right eye
- spider web on the left side of his forehead
- An "A" tattoo on his chin
- "Brown Recluse" on his upper lip
- "43" on his neck
- Numbers "4" and "3" on his right and left legs
