That fight involved lots of people and one of them says it was all because of a disagreement that took place several months ago on a basketball court.

Take a look at this brawl. Bodies, and racks of clothes, flying in this Mayfair Mall store. Andre Thomas was part of the fight. He claims it started because of an argument between a group of guys and his cousin months ago. They ran into each other at the mall.

Andre Thomas says "it's not a good decision to participate in any fights. but when there's a crowd of people beating up someone you been with a long time since you were a baby. I mean what can you do."

He says he got involved to help his relative. The fight continues for a few minutes as shoppers look on. No one was seriously hurt. But Thomas wonders why security didn't step in.

Andre says "there were about 4 or 5 guards there just watching the fight."

The store was such a mess it had to close for more than an hour. Shoppers who saw the tape were stunned.

Thomas says he takes responsibility for his actions and is sorry.

Andre says "I apologize to the people and I apologized to the people in the mall."

Mayfair Mall would not comment on the fight. The people involved were issued municipal tickets, but won't face any more serious charges.
