(KSL News) -- Two motorists racing on southbound I-15 near 1300 South caused a serious wreck today.
Troopers say one of the cars clipped another vehicle which was not involved in the race -- sending it into a spin. Two men were thrown from the car. one of them is in critical condition.
One of the drivers who was racing, will be cited for reckless driving and speeding.
