BERLIN, Germany — Harry Styles may have won the award for fastest incognito run at the Berlin Marathon this past weekend, but one runner, however, made sure to let the world know that his efforts over the 26.2-mile race were not fruitless.

Moshe Lederfien, known by the running world as the "Pineapple Marathon Runner," ran the entire distance in a time of 5:37.56 with a pineapple balanced atop his head. As I search for the words to describe how I felt when I first saw the videos, nothing clever comes to mind; only the urge to move my head around and get a shoulder massage.

As an avid runner who has run several marathons, this sort of multi-mile multitasking is on a whole other level.

Mr. Lederfien: I bow my head to your awesomeness, and I will not ask you to return the favor.
