(KSL News) -- Utah Representative Chris Cannon has been named to a list of corrupt members of Congress.
The Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics nanmed Cannon "one to watch", largely for his dealings with his brother Joe -- a lobbyist.
The group says Cannon has a vested financial interest in his brother's dealings becasue of an unpaid debt from Joe Cannon's failed Senate campaign in 1992.
Cannon has always maintained he treats his brother as he would any other lobbyist.
