CEDAR CITY — A man accused of possessing a sexually explicit video of a teen girl is also facing allegations from multiple other females, according to police.

Camden Ridge Swenson, 19, of Cedar City, was charged Thursday in 5th District Court with aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, a first-degree felony; sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony; furnishing alcohol to a minor, a class A misdemeanor; possession of alcohol by a minor, a class B misdemeanor; providing a minor with tobacco or a nicotine product a class C misdemeanor; and possessing of tobacco by a minor, an infraction.

On Wednesday, Iron County sheriff's deputies started an investigation after receiving a tip that Swenson was "allegedly sexually assaulting underage females," a police booking affidavit states. Deputies made contact with Swenson and while searching his phone reported finding a sexually explicit video of a teen girl.

"Camden admitted to manufacturing the video while having a sexual conversation with the juvenile over a video call," the affidavit states.

Deputies then discovered alcohol and tobacco cartridges in his car and Swenson admitted "to providing alcohol and tobacco to underage individuals," according to the affidavit.

Investigators say Swenson "has prior convictions as a juvenile related to sexual offenses," and deputies have received "multiple allegations (of) Camden sexually abusing juvenile females." Since his arrest, several victims have come forward claiming that "they have observed Camden driving by their residence at all hours of the night," the affidavit alleges.
