SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City police say no arrests have been made after one person was injured in a shooting near 300 S. Main Street, overnight.

Police said they received a call about a person with a weapon near 300 S. Main Street around 12:40 a.m. on Monday, according to a news release. When officers arrived in the area, they learned the suspect had fired multiple shots. Police later found a gunshot victim with non-critical injuries.

The person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators said they found property damage and other evidence near 32 E. Exchange Place and near the shooting. The suspect was last seen getting into a car, police said, and no arrests have been made in the case.

Police are unaware of any other victims of the shooting, and have not released more information.
