Police investigating death they say was homicide in West Valley City

WEST VALLEY — West Valley City police are investigating what they say was a homicide near 3300 Chester Park Drive in West Valley, officials reported on Twitter Saturday night.

Responding to a 911 call, officers arrived on scene to find what appeared be a homicide, according to police. One adult woman was found dead in a trailer home, according West Valley City police spokeswoman Roxeanne Vainuku. No suspects were found and police did not release the cause of death.

West Valley City police said they were working on getting a search warrant, and will continue to investigate the nature of the crime.
