(KSL News) Dash-cam video shows a slow-speed pursuit of a motor home on I-15 in Beaver County.
A state trooper used his lights and his public-address system to try to pull the driver over but could not get the driver to even look at him.
The trooper pulled his cruiser in front of the motor home, slowed it down to a stop and arrested the unresponsive driver.
Police think the man was having a medical problem, so they took him to the hospital. Police have not released the man's name.
