(KSL News) A grand jury will meet next week in Eldorado, Texas, to hear testimony that could lead to indictments of members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
According to the Salt Lake Tribune, the hearing is related to the investigation of the Yearning for Zion Ranch. Mothers who conceived or gave birth when they were younger than 17 are expected to be subpoenaed as witnesses.
Texas authorities raided the ranch on April 3 and seized thousands of documents. Those documents are being used as evidence.
