(KSL News) Police have arrested a suspect accused of murdering a Salt Lake man in a drive-shooting.
A Midvale police officer was going home Monday night when he spotted a car linked to the shooting. He pulled it over and found two men in the car. One of them was Anthony Prater. He held Prater at gunpoint until help arrived.
Police say Prater shot and killed a man, Vincent Samora, who was sitting in a car in his mother's driveway on Glendale Drive last month.
Police say they do not have a motive, but Samora had a history of gang involvement. Officers booked Prater in jail on murder charges.
