(KSL News) Miners working for Murray Energy face another round of layoffs.
The Deseret Morning News reports the announcement came after mine owner Robert Murray met with workers at his West Ridge mine.
A company statement did not say how many miners would be affected but did say the layoffs come in response to the idling of the Tower Mine and the closure of the Crandall Canyon mine.
