(KSL News) A candidate for mayor of Eagle Mountain is accused of real estate fraud.

The Real Estate Commission says Richard Culbertson forged signatures, falsified loan papers and used straw buyers in an equity skimming scheme.

The commission revoked Culbertson's real estate license and ordered him to pay a $40,000 fine.
