(KSL News) -- Crews were called out this afternoon to rescue a skier stuck in the Silver Fork area of Big Cottonwood Canyon.
A 28-year-old man was with a group when he broke his leg. Rescuers believe he fell. They put the skier on a tobaggon and skied him down to where a helicopter could land.
The avalanche danger is expected to increase in the next few days as snow falls again so officials are warning people to be careful.
