(KSL News) -- The Utah Attorney General's Office made its first internet sex predator bust for 2006.
Daniel Duke, a Provo college student, is now behind bars, facing charges of enticing a minor over the internate.
The Attorney General's Office says an undercover agent with the Utah Internet Crimes Task Force posed as an underage girl and talked with Duke.
He was arrested last week when he tried to meet the girl in person in Salt Lake County.
