(KSL News) A Provo man accused of killing two people in a car crash has been arrested 15 times since 2003.
Police say 23-year-old Benjamin Shaw drank several beers before driving his car into a telephone pole in Provo Saturday.
Four of Shaw's friends were in the car with him. Two were killed, and one could be paralyzed from the neck down.
At the scene Shaw's blood-alcohol level was .195, compared to the legal level of .08.
Shaw's past arrests include possession of drugs, including marijuana and meth.
