(KSL News) -- A Utah company now has a big part in America's future in space.

NASA picked ATK Thiokol today to build rocket fuel boosters. They're planning to use them in a new fleet of space carriers called a Crew Launch Vehicle.

NASA says the new vehicles, with ATK boosters, will be able to carry crews and cargo even farther out in space.
