(KSL News) -- A local man is in jail tonight, accused of killing his brother in a drunken argument.
It happened during a party at this apartment complex in West Valley City. Four men were apparantly fighting over a gun and it went off killing, 23-year-old Tyrone Tosie.
His brother Travis has been booked in the Salt Lake County jail on one count of homicide.
