SALT LAKE CITY -- Utah and 19 other states filed a complaint Friday challenging the federal health care reform plan.
Utah Attorney Mark Shurtleff says the federal government has gone too far, too fast with little regard for the Constitution.
The complaint says the plan crosses the line by requiring people to obtain health insurance or pay a fee.
Shurtleff says he and the other states' attorneys general are prepared to do everything possible to protect their citizens from what he calls "irresponsible and unconstitutional" legislation.
