(KSL News) Utah has a new federal judge.
The U.S. Senate today confirmed Clark Waddoups for the job in the federal district court. He is one of five federal judges in Utah.
Waddoups replaces retired Judge Paul Cassell. The Deseret News reports Waddoups is the senior partner of the law firm of Parr, Waddoups, Brown, Gee & Loveless.
