SALT LAKE CITY — A man is missing in the water at Willard Bay Reservoir on Sunday. The man is in his mid-20s and was last seen on a waverunner, which is a personal watercraft, at the reservoir, according to the Utah Department of Natural Resources Division of Law Enforcement. He has been reported missing, and the Utah Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division, Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue, Weber County Search and Rescue and Willard City Police are searching for the man.
