(KSL News) The man accused of murdering a Salt Lake man a year ago in a drive-by shooting will head to court today for a preliminary hearing.
Anthony Prater was arrested last December after police say he shot and killed a man, Vincent Samora, who was sitting in a car in his mother's driveway.
Police say they do not have a motive, but Samora had a history of gang involvement.
