NEW YORK (AP) - Tim Russert isn't around to celebrate the 10th anniversary of "Big Russ & Me," his best-seller about his dad. But Russert's son, Luke, is stepping in.
Weinstein Books announced Wednesday that an anniversary edition of "Big Russ" is scheduled for May release and features a new preface by Luke Russert. A sentimental favorite, the book tells of Tim Russert's childhood in a working-class neighborhood in Buffalo, N.Y., and the life lessons he received from his father.
In May, "Big Russ" also will come out as an e-book for the first time.
Tim Russert, the longtime political analyst and host of NBC's "Meet the Press," died in 2008 at age 58. Luke Russert is a correspondent for NBC News.
