SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- An international kidnapping involving two children from Clearfield has ended in Vienna with the arrest of a Macedonian man.
Utah's U.S. Attorney Office says Vojko Rizvanovic was arrested in a Vienna airport late yesterday. He's accused of kidnapping his girlfriend's daughters -- ages 3 and 5 -- back in February after a custody dispute.
Both girls were found unharmed and will be reunited with their mother this weekend.
The FBI located the girls by tracking Rizvanovic's passport from the U.S., through Australia and Malaysia to Austria.
Federal prosecutors have charged Rizvanovic with one count of international child kidnapping. The charge carries a penalty of up to three years in prison.
