WEST VALLEY CITY -- The husband of missing West Valley City mother Susan Powell has rented out their home.
Friends and family of Josh Powell told the Salt Lake Tribune that a neighboring family will move into the house in a couple of weeks.
Josh left Utah to live with his family in Washington state but recently returned to fix up the house.
He is the only person of interest in his wife's disappearance but has not been named a suspect.
Susan Powell has been missing since Dec. 7. She was last seen by her husband, who said he left on a winter camping trip with the couple's children at about 12:30 a.m. that day.
