ST. GEORGE (AP) -- A pastor accused in the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old student at a Christian school in St. George will soon go to trial.
A judge ruled there's enough evidence against 32-year-old Gabriel Carlin to order him to stand trial next month. Carlin is accused of molesting a girl, who reported the alleged abuse to her parents and police earlier this year.
Carlin has pleaded NOT guilty to four counts of first-degree aggravated sex abuse of a child. Police say the pastor taught at the East Harbor Christian Academy. That's also where the victim also attended school.
