(KSL News) North Salt Lake police had to call in some extra help to handle a standoff situation.
Police say a young man was waving a gun in the middle of the street. Five different law enforcement agencies responded and SWAT teams had to be called in to surround him.
He was arrested without incident.
Sgt. Mitch Gwilliam, North Salt Lake Police Dept.: "This was an excellent outcome to what could have been a very bad situation."
The juvenile is being evaluated, so no word yet on if he'll face charges.
