OREM, Utah (AP) -- Drivers beware --- parts of I-15 in Utah County are expected to close down today.
The Utah Department of Transportation will close the freeway's southbound express lane from exit 284 --- the Alpine interchange --- to exit 282.
The lane will shut down from 9 a.m. today until 3 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the northbound express lane will close down in the same area from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.
The lanes will be closed for drainage repairs and to make room for required equipment. UDOT is warning drivers to expect minor delays, especially during the rush hour commutes.
