OGDEN -- Ogden police are looking for a man who dragged a woman and killed her dog, all while driving and talking on his cell phone.

According to the Standard Examiner, Kristan Kap was crossing Gibson Avenue between 17th and 20th streets on Friday when a pickup truck hit her dog.

The leash got caught on the truck, and she was dragged to the ground.

She recalls seeing her limp dog, bleeding from the mouth and then looking at the man who hit it smiling. She told the Standard Examiner he was "like Satan."

When she asked him to take her to the vet, she says he pushed her away. He even had the gall to tell her speed wasn't an issue.

Police say the man is 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with short hair and glasses. He was driving a green Toyota Tacoma.
