(KSL News) Lawyers for two men charged with the murder of Spanish Fork teen Kiplyn Davis say the case should be dismissed because no body has ever been found.
Davis disappeared in May of 1995 and has not been seen since.
Former classmates Timmy Brent Olsen and Christopher Neal Jeppson are now charged with her murder, based on confessions both are said to have made to friends and family.
The Deseret News reports that yesterday lawyers for the pair argued that was not enough evidence to base the charges upon.
Prosecutors argued that even without a body or DNA evidence, there is proof Jeppson and Olsen committed the crime.
