April 15 — Live Nation ​illegally monopolized ticketing markets, a New ‌York federal jury found Wednesday, ⁠Bloomberg ​News reported.

Following ⁠a six-week trial, ‌the ‌jury found that Live ⁠Nation ⁠illegally monopolized the market for ticketing services, concert ticketing and the use of ‌amphitheaters and ​popular outdoor concert venues, according to the report.

Shares of the company were down 3% in afternoon ​trading ‌following the ‌report.

Live Nation ⁠did not immediately respond to a Reuters request ‌for comment.
