ST. GEORGE — St. George will soon be home to the second location in southern Utah of a highly popular burger joint known for its simple menu and long car lines at the drive-through.

In-N-Out Burger is set to be built off I-15's Exit 2 in the growing commercial offerings by SunRiver. While the general location has been known for a while, the question of when construction begins has remained.

"Anytime now," St. George Councilwoman Natalie Larsen said as the City Council unanimously passed a zoning amendment that clears the way for construction.

The new In-N-Out Burger will be built on two acres of land next to a Del Taco location also opening in that area, southeast of the existing Terrible's gas station and west of the southbound ramp off Exit 2.
