CEDAR CITY — More criminal charges were filed Thursday against a southern Utah massage therapist.
Tyler Trost Braun, 42, was charged in 5th District Court with two counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony.
Braun is now charged in 12 separate cases with a total of 16 counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony, and one count of object rape, a first-degree felony.
The new charges are for an alleged incident on Sept. 1, 2022, according to court records.
Braun was originally charged in October 2023 with forcible sexual abuse for allegedly touching a client inappropriately. At that time, police said they believed there were additional victims whose cases were still under investigation. In November, 10 additional cases were filed against Braun for incidents that allegedly occurred from April 2022 until August 2023.
His massage therapist license expired in May 2023, according to the Utah Division of Professional Licensing's website.
