THE LIVING ROOM — There are many physical activities available when exercise is on your mind.

But why go to the gym or run incessantly or do your old Jane Fonda tapes when you could hula hoop.

Lucky for you, this woman is just the inspiration you need — 62-year-old Jean Barnette.

Her TikTok account (@jeanbarnette) is full of Barnette hula hooping mostly in her home, and her chosen activity clearly keeps her in shape.

The songs she chooses may always be different, but her obvious dedication to her craft remains the same. It's a smooth, sleek skill that comes from many hours of practice.

There's almost never a smile on her face, instead she casually goes through the motions of someone who has mastered the skill of their craft. In fact, her moves are so flawless, it's easy to become easily hypnotized by the flow of the pro.

To add even more panache to her impressive skills, Barnette often dons a fancy hat and sunglasses to give her the celebrity of allure of aloofness.

Basically, she's perfectly poised to become the next viral sensation. Especially if she keeps choosing classic songs in this video such as "I Need a Hero," by Bonnie Tyler. (Which you may have heard in the classic Utah-filmed movie, "Footloose.")

Now if that doesn't blow your mind enough, I have one more thing to tell you. Sometimes she works her hula hoop while also working it on her roller skates.

Let us take a moment silently thank Jean Barnette for the inspiration she has given us today.
