(KSL News) -- Police in Orem say a man assaulted a college student inside her home.
David Ortiz allegedly raped the woman on Saturday. Police say Ortiz met the woman at a club and she offered him a ride to her home.
Officers say when the pair got to the home, Ortiz asked if he could sleep there before driving back to his home in Logan.
Police say that's when Ortiz assaulted the woman.
He's now in jail, booked on charges of rape.
