WEST JORDAN — A four-vehicle accident early Saturday morning killed one and injured another.
According to West Jordan police officer Jennifer Worthen, three vehicles along with an unoccupied parked vehicle were involved in the incident at 7800 South and Redwood Road at 3:45 a.m. Saturday.
A 20-year-old man rolled his sedan, was ejected and died at the scene. Another man was driving an SUV and was transported to a hospital with broken ribs.
It is unknown how many occupants were in the third vehicle, according to Worthen.
The cause of the crash is under investigation and speed is considered a potential factor.
The name of the victims and additional details about the crash were not immediately available.
