AMERICAN FORK — The family of a missing American Fork woman is offering a $5,000 cash reward for information leading to her whereabouts or the arrest of anyone involved with her disappearance.

Jerika Binks, 24, was last seen leaving a residential treatment center near 300 N. 1100 East in American Fork on Feb. 18 about 9 a.m., according to a news release from the Utah County Sheriff’s Office. Binks told her roommates she was going for a run but never returned.

No activity was detected from Binks’ phone — the only belonging she took with her — or on her bank account. Foul play has not been ruled out in her disappearance.

Binks’ family has searched for the 24-year-old with several volunteers and the Utah County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team. Authorities are asking for the public’s help in obtaining home surveillance footage from the area where Binks was last seen, in the hopes that it will offer some clues to her whereabouts.

Binks is described by police as a white woman with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.

Anyone with information on Binks’ whereabouts is asked to contact detective Pratt with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office at 801-851-4013 or Utah Valley Dispatch at 801-794-3970.

Fast Gas Convenience Stores are working in conjunction with Binks’ family to provide the reward.
