CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was 1.40 cents higher at $4.3740 a bushel; May corn was up 1.60 cents at $3.6520 a bushel; May oats was down .20 cent at $2.5520 a bushel while May soybeans gained 2.20 cents to $10.0020 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
April live cattle was .60 cent higher at $1.1830 a pound; March feeder cattle was up .35 cent at $1.2958 pound; April lean hogs down .03 cent to $.7005 a pound.
