(KSL News) Mayor Rocky Anderson is signing his name to an advertisement supporting same-sex marriage.
Three major gay-rights groups are taking out full-page newspaper ads in 50 papers nationwide to show they're still fighting for same-sex rights despite recent court setbacks.
The ads include pictures of five couples who have been together for as long as 53 years.
Other supporters of the ads include the mayors of Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. The ads will appear beginning next Tuesday.
