KAYSVILLE — A man named Christopher Reeves was arrested in Davis County on suspicion of driving under the influence Tuesday.
Reeves, 33, was wearing a Superman T-shirt when he was booked into the Davis County Jail. Deputies stopped Reeves while he was traveling north on I-15 in Kaysville at 3 a.m., according to Sgt. Susan Paulson.
"Deputies reported witnessing him flying down the freeway," a post from the Davis County Sheriff's Department reads on its Facebook page. "He was exceeding the speed limit while performing weaving maneuvers, drawing the attention of deputies."
He was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, unsafe lane travel and possession of spice.

"After field sobriety tests, deputies determined he was under the influence and arrested the man of steel, who was most likely under the influence of methamphetamine and spice," the post reads.
Reeves had distribution amounts of the drugs and paraphernalia, Paulson said.
"It was a poor choice of actions over T-shirts," she said.
The actor Christopher Reeve played the role of Superman in four movies. He died in 2004 at the age of 52.
