(KSL News) Today marks the fifth anniversary of the war in Iraq, and some Utahns are planning to commemorate the day with a vigil.
One vigil will be held in Liberty Park at 7 p.m. Another will be held in Provo at 51 South University Avenue from 8 to 11 p.m.
