(KSL News) A man accused of killing his wife by running her down with a truck will soon go to trial.
A judge decided there was enough evidence to take the case against Sherman Lynch to trial.
Police say Lynch purchased a white truck and then ran down his wife, Patricia Rothermich, in October. She died on the way to the hospital.
Lynch faces 15 years to life in prison for domestic-violence homicide and obstruction of justice.
