(KSL News) Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney says parents who home school their children should get a tax break.
He says a tax credit would help offset "the cost of being an at-home teacher."
Romney also says each state should give parents more educational options, through charter schools or vouchers.
He also says teachers should be paid based on their qualifications, and better teachers should be rewarded with more money.
